Here are a few tips on basic care, to maintain the quality of your delicate jewellery for as long as possible.
To improve the longevity of your items, we recommend removing your jewellery when swimming, showering, washing your hands or using cleaning products.
Chlorine, salt water and exposing your jewellery to humidity and prolonged sunlight can also damage or discolour gold vermeil items and certain gemstones which can fade and become dull over time.
As jewellery made from precious metals is susceptible to damage from chemicals present in perfume, make up, hairspray, lotions and oils, extra care must be taken to maintain the quality of your items. We recommend applying any such products prior to putting on your jewellery and allowing these time to be absorbed into the skin, to reduce any affects.
If items become dull you can use warm water and washing up liquid with a soft toothbrush to loosen any dirt, then rinse with clean water and pat dry with a soft cloth.
We supply a complimentary micro-fibre jewellery cloth with all of our items to help to maintain the shine and to add a little sparkle.
Sterling silver will naturally become oxidised and eventually tarnish from exposure to air. All of our silver jewellery has an anti-tarnish coating to minimise this natural occurrence.
This a 2.5 micron layer of gold plating that is applied onto the sterling silver base layer.
Due to natural wear and tear, the plating can wear away over time, more so on rings but following the basic advice above will help to increase the longevity of your jewellery.
We recommend storing your items separately in the packaging provided to prevent the pieces becoming knocked, scratched or tangled.
We only use diamonds that have been sourced from legitimate sources not involved in funding and in compliance with United Nations resolution.
These are guaranteed to be conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantee provided by the supplier.
In our silver collections we use diamonds with a Colour grade of G/H and a clarity grade of SI.

To ensure the safe arrival of your package, all deliveries must be signed for.
All orders will be despatched to the delivery address provided by you at the checkout and delivered via Royal Mail.

Duties & Taxes
We do not cover charges for import duty and taxes for international delivery. Any items returned must be marked as a Return on the customs forms. Please check with your local customs office how this may affect you.

We currently offer our rings in 3 different sizes but we hope to offer a larger selection in the near future but please contact us if you have any queries.
As there is no international standard ring size chart you may find that your size varies from a previous measurement provided by another jeweller.
If possible, we recommend measuring an existing ring if you are able to and referring to the chart below.
If you are between two sizes, we advise ordering the larger size.
Please bear in mind: the wider the ring, the tighter the fit.

Exchanges & Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchase but if for any reason you require an exchange or refund we are happy to help.
All items excluding earrings due to hygiene reasons (unless faulty) purchased within the UK, may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Jewellery purchased outside the UK may be returned within 28 days.
Items must be returned in the original packaging, in the original new condition and unworn with the proof of purchase enclosed.
We recommend returning your package by Royal Mail recorded delivery or a suitable carrier where your items will be insured and can be traced and signed for upon receipt at the business address below, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that may get lost or damaged during transit.
